Ecological dry cleaning is non-toxic and harmless to the environment, and as such is becoming increasingly popular among consumers worldwide. While the public and regulatory demand for safe, ecologically friendly dry cleaning are on a rapid increase, industry experts see a surprising reluctance among dry cleaners to abandon the traditional method of cleaning garments with “perc” (perchloroethylene), a method that has been used for decades, but one that carries elements of toxicity.
Wet Cleaning
Wet cleaning is not laundry. It is a highly sophisticated process that brings the old fashioned hand washing to your valuable garments in a safe and effective process.
Wet cleaning uses minimal/targeted water and detergent (called liquer) under controlled mechanical action. Combined with advanced drying methods, it plays a very important role in controlling shrinkage.

The time varies depending on the fabric as well as the level of dirt or stains. Sometimes we often find significant stains that our customers are not aware of therefore we will notify our amazing customers right away and that we will hold the item for an extra day to have those stains removed completely and accordingly. At our locations, Personal Cleaners & Tailors offer 24 hour turnaround time to ensure that we deliver spotless clothes to you while minimizing the wait. If you sign up for VIP Program, we can offer Same Day service at no extra cost – In by 9AM and Out by 4 to 4:30PM.
Dry Cleaning is a softer and non abrasive process compared to machine washing or laundering. At Personal Cleaners & Tailors use solvents that are gentle on the clothes and non toxic towards the environment.
